Our Global Knowledge Network (GKN) of over 8,000 scientists, engineers and other technical experts gives us the unique ability to quickly and seamlessly tap into the right subject matter expertise throughout the course of a project on an as-needed basis. All GKN experts are rigorously screened and represent the top talent available across all domains from all over the globe.
If a problem requires external knowledge, we leverage our privately managed network to gain a deeper level of subject-matter expertise and insight. Guided by Function-Oriented Search, GEN TRIZ project teams leverage this network for consultation, theoretical advice, and/or support with physical experiments. And while our network provides invaluable contributions, the project teams themselves remain ultimately responsible for developing the solutions that meet the project's goals.

Leadership
Simon S. Litvin, Ph.D., TRIZ Master
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER/PRESIDENT
Dr. Litvin is one of the founders of GEN TRIZ and is responsible for the quality of its innovation services. He drives the ongoing development, testing and implementation of GEN TRIZ's methodology, and supervises GEN TRIZ's Global Knowledge Network of experts. Dr. Litvin has led dozens of innovation projects for Fortune 1000 companies worldwide including Alcoa, British American Tobacco, Chiquita, Clorox and Covidien. He is also the CEO of Algorithm, GEN TRIZ's technical innovation center in St. Petersburg, Russia.
Prior to joining GEN TRIZ, Dr. Litvin served as Executive Vice President and Chief Scientist of Pragmatic Vision International (PVI). At PVI, he developed more than 100 breakthrough technologies for the company's delivery system in Russia and Israel. Before PVI, he served as Vice President at Invention Machine Corporation where he led numerous international consulting projects for Fortune 500 companies such as P&G, Motorola and Intel.
Dr. Litvin is one of the world's foremost experts on Open Innovation, Value Engineering, and TRIZ. He has more than 35 years of experience developing, teaching, and implementing innovation methods.
He is Vice President, R&D of International TRIZ Association Official and Chairman of TRIZ Master Certification Board. He is also a member of the Altshuller Institute for TRIZ Studies, USA and European TRIZ Association (ETRIA).
Dr. Litvin is the author of over 20 patents, nearly 100 scientific and academic articles, and six books.

Victor Fey, TRIZ Master
CEO of GEN TRIZ, LLC
Victor Fey, TRIZ Master, CEO of GEN TRIZ, LLC, the leading systematic innovation service provider. Victor has over 35 years’ experience in TRIZ research, training, and application. Victor has collected more than two decades of consulting experience serving the Global 1000. His work has ranged the gamut from teaching, coaching, and consulting to facilitating and leading cross-functional teams in delivering critical breakthrough product and technology solutions. Only at Hyundai-Kia Motors, his consulting effort resulted in obtaining over 100 patents with an estimated ROI of $100 million.
From 1997 through 2014, he was an Adjunct Professor at Wayne State University, where he taught a graduate-level course in TRIZ. He has lectured on the subject at MIT, Stevens Institute of Technology, Chalmers University, Technion, National Tsing Hua University, Luiss Business School, and others. His books include Effective Innovation: The Development of Winning Technologies, published by ASME Press, Introduction to TRIZ, printed by Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun (in Japanese), and Innovation on Demand: New Product Development Using TRIZ, released by Cambridge University Press (translated into Korean).
Alex Lyubomirskiy, TRIZ Master
CHIEF SCIENTIFIC OFFICER
Mr. Lyubomirskiy is a leading GEN TRIZ innovation expert and project facilitator in the application of GEN TRIZ's proprietary methodology. Mr. Lyubomirskiy has conducted hundreds of GEN TRIZ methodology workshops for Fortune 1000 clients including General Electric, Intel, Procter & Gamble, Siemens and Wrigley. He problem-solvingmportant contributions to the development of GEN TRIZ's methodology tools, including Evolutionary Trends, S-Curve Analysis and Innovation Planning.
Mr. Lyubomirskiy is a member of the Expert Council of the International TRIZ Association Official (MATRIZ Official) , the R&D Council of MATRIZ Official, the TRIZ Journal Editorial Board, and the Altshuller's Institute.
Mr. Lyubomirskiy is the author of over 15 patents and numerous academic articles.
EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS
Mr. Lyubomirskiy holds a Master of Science in Metallurgy from St. Petersburg State Polytechnic University. He also holds a degree from the University of Inventive Thinking. Mr. Lyubomirskiy is a certified TRIZ Master. He was presented this certification by the founder of TRIZ, Genrich Altshuller.
Oleg Yu. Abramov, Ph.D., TRIZ Master
CHIEF TECHNOLOGICAL OFFICER
Dr. Abramov manages innovation project teams and has worked with dozens of world-class companies including Intel, Honda, Owens Illinois, Hilti and Xerox. Dr. Abramov has been instrumental to the development of GEN TRIZ's proprietary methodology and has authored several published articles on its tools and applications.
Prior to GEN TRIZ, Dr. Abramov worked as an Associate Professor at Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University. He is the author of 27 patents.
EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS
Dr. Abramov holds a Ph.D. in Telecommunications, and a Master of Radio Engineering from Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University. Dr. Abramov is a TRIZ Master.
Shree M Phadnis
CHIEF TECHNOLOGICAL OFFICER- TRIZ ASIA
Mr Phadnis collaborates and works on multiple innovation projects along with GEN-TRIZ LLC. He carries with him 30 years of experience in multiple domains.
Shree was the Team Leader for Innovation and Improvement at ADNOC LNG in Abu Dhabi and governed the deployment of Improvement and Innovation projects across ADNOC LNG.

Mr. Phadnis has been involved in many project interventions in companies like, Daimler corporation (Mercedes Benz), Marico Industries, Crompton, Mahindra& Mahindra tractor division, Hitachi, Forbes Marshal, Ministry of defence Singapore and many others and has helped these organizations develop innovative new products and processes, some of which have even won national awards as the most innovative product in their respective categories, and solve tough technological challenges.
Being a directed evolution expert, he possesses the unique ability to create future technological road maps where using structured methods he can create the complete future product and technology roadmaps using the method of directed evolution, including identifying patent blocks, patent circumventions and invention evaluations.
Mr Shree has developed comprehensive frameworks for the institutionalization of innovation in organizations including methods of assessment and audit for building the complete infrastructure for systematic innovation deployments in organizations
Mr Shree was the Country deployment champion and MBB at SKF in India, and oversaw the Six Sigma, Lean, and DFSS initiatives deployment across SKF in India, overseeing more than 200 projects annually at SKF in India
P V Narayan
PRESIDENT TRIZ ASIA
Mr.P V Narayan is a Post Graduate in Physical Chemistry from Mumbai University and has also completed his paint diploma from UDCT Mumbai.
He is a TRIZ Level 3 Practitioner . He started his career, with Asian paints way back in 1999, where he was associated with Manufacturing, Processing & Packaging of the paint. He then migrated to a Consulting company, where he was exposed to the concept of TRIZ, through Six Sigma.
Mr Narayan has been associated with the TRIZ family since 2008. He is at present responsible for evangelizing & spreading the concept of TRIZ amongst Indian Industries & Educational institutions.
Mr Narayan is been invited & involved in conducting awareness sessions of TRIZ at leading corporates & educational institutions in India.
Nikhil Phadnis
TRIZ PROFESSIONAL- CONSULTANT
Mr Phadnis is a TRIZ Professional, certified Level 3 as well as a Six Sigma Black belt. He is a mechanical Engineer from Pune University and is pursuing his Master’s degree in Global Management of Innovation and Technology from the University of Lappeenranta, Finland.
Mr Phadnis is involved on various Projects from multiple domains like Battery technology, textiles, consumer products and automobile. He has a patent on his name using the TRIZ methodology along with his Professor Mr S.H Wankhade, which solves a social issue throughout India. He has been promoting TRIZ by conducting various Awareness programs in his colleges and other colleges like Cummins and Symbiosis for Engineering students.
He has been a principal trainer for reputed engineering colleges like Cummins women’s college of engineering and colleges such as SIES, Mumbai in innovation methods of TRIZ.
Suresh Rajan
TRIZ PROFESSIONAL- CONSULTANT
Mr Rajan is Technology Management professional with over 27 years’ experience in R&D and technology management, has worked as a hands-on R&D scientist to managing projects to managing teams to managing and setting enterprise innovation systems to meet business needs.
He Expert in TRIZ having cleared LEVEL 3 TRIZ certification. Mr Rajan several led interventions in farm, commercial vehicles, and fabric industries to reduce variation, enhance performance and reduce costs using TRIZ based approach to innovation.
He managed innovation process in a leading R&D organization with over 700 patents to its credit. He has worked to help get following awards and recognitions 1. The Golden Peacock award for innovative product in 2010. 2. DSIR award for R&D recognition in 2009. Have 2 patents to my credit in materials domain.
Mr Rajan has more than 10 years’ experience in modern innovation and improvement techniques including FMEA. DFSS, QFD. Major initiatives spearheaded include setting up an enterprise wide NPD system based on stage gate process resulting in over 100 new products being initiated with total sales of more than Rs.2000Cr. Streamlining Enterprise Intellectual Property process for building a common process and building business focus to patents. He also acquired domain expertise in contact tips for switchgear, permanent magnets, lightning arrestors and is a holder of 3 patents.

Dr Sandeep H Wankhade

He has been delivering and organizing several training programs at national and international level at SMEs, MNCs, Engg & Mgt Institutes. He has developed 3 innovative machines and mechanisms, filed 2 patents, published 12 Research papers and received grants for conducting 3 Seminars, 3 Research projects and modernization of a Laboratory from the University & AICTE. He is recipient of 2nd Prize at Teacher Level, in the Maharashtra State Inter-University Research Convention-2016. He is being invited as judge for many national level technical competitions and for delivering lectures at several national and international conferences. He has been conducting sessions on a wide variety of topics viz. Entrepreneurship development, Systematic innovation through TRIZ, Employability enhancement, Artificial intelligence, Expert systems, Industrial engineering and management, Zero defect and Creative leadership. He has know-how of simulation softwares viz. Flexsim and V-CNC, Expert system development shell-Vidwan.
